This page summarizes how DuoSync DJ uses registration and song request information.
What you authorize
By creating an account or submitting a song request, you authorize DuoSync DJ to collect and use the information needed to operate event tools, respond to service needs, show song requests to the DJ, and calculate event song rankings.
What we collect
For accounts: name, email, optional phone, optional company/event name, notes, status and role. For song requests: selected song, optional guest name, optional note, event, and request timestamp.
Protection
Administrative access is token-protected. User phone, company/event name and notes are encrypted when USER_DATA_KEY is configured. Public users cannot self-register as admin or DJ.
Your choice
You can choose not to submit the form. If you withdraw consent later, some event or account features may no longer be available.
